Goods-to-person robotics for a fashion e-commerce collection launch day.
Goods-to-person robotics by Deus Robotics for a fashion e-commerce distribution center: 8 pick stations, 80 DEUS T6-1500 AMRs (68 working, the rest charging), about 1,300 mobile shelves (pods) and one 3D Sorter Max with 408 order cells.
The 3D view replays two hours of a simulation driven by the real orders of an apparel brand's collection launch day, sized for the planned site. The online drop starts at 2:00 PM; all times on screen are local time. Order volumes and results in this demo are rounded.
Robots, pods, station lamps, totes and the sorter move exactly as in the simulation record. All aisles are one-way, with four rows of road in front of the stations. A pod turns around at its station's rotation point when its other side has to face the picker. Robots never share a cell: each one books the cells ahead and waits when they are taken.
Assumptions: 1 s picker reaction when a pod arrives, 9 s per order line, 2 s per extra unit; the pod change itself is robot motion (3.6 s). These times will be calibrated against an ongoing Deus deployment. People, receiving and shipping are illustrative: they are not part of the simulation.
Lower settings run smoother on phones and older laptops. The choice is remembered on this device.
